Welcome to Embrago. We believe clothing should make your life more comfortable, and shopping for it should be just as easy.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") explain the rules for using www.embrago.com and purchasing products from Embrago LLC ("Embrago," "we," "us," or "our"). "You" means anyone who visits our website or places an order.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them before making a purchase.

Products & Sizing

Embrago creates bra-free clothing with built-in bust support, designed to provide comfort without traditional underwires, bands, or bra hardware.
We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including materials, colors, sizing, fit, and care instructions.
Because every body is different, individual fit, comfort, and support may vary. We encourage you to consult our Size Guide and product descriptions before ordering.
Product colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. We may update product designs, specifications, and availability without prior notice.

Orders & Payments

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Payment is required at checkout and is handled by secure third-party payment processors. We never store your full card details. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees, if any, will be shown before you complete your purchase. Please use only payment methods you are authorized to use.

Order Confirmation & Acceptance

After placing an order, you'll receive an email confirmation. This confirms that we received your order, but does not guarantee acceptance or availability. Your order is accepted when it ships.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, pricing information is incorrect, or an order appears fraudulent. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, we'll issue a full refund.

Changing or Canceling an Order

Need to change or cancel an order? Email us as soon as you can with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll gladly update or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, you're welcome to use our 30-Day Wear Test instead.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes are valid only for the dates and terms stated with the offer. Unless we say otherwise, codes can't be combined, have no cash value, and may be ended at any time.

Shipping & Delivery

Within the USA: Shipping is complimentary on every order. Orders typically ship from Pennsylvania within 1–3 business days via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx Ground.
You'll receive tracking information by email when your order is on its way.

International orders: Customers outside the United States are responsible for international shipping charges and any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or related fees. These are set by your country's customs authority, not by us.
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may vary depending on your location, carrier, weather, and customs processing. If something looks off with your delivery, email us and we'll do our best to help.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.

Returns, Exchanges & Our 30-Day Wear Test

We know that finding comfortable support for a fuller bust can take more than a quick fitting-room try-on. That's why we offer our 30-Day Wear Test.

Wear it. Wash it. Live in it for 30 days.

If your Embrago garment doesn't work for your body, you may return it within 30 days of delivery under our return policy.

Returns and exchanges are free within the United States.
U.S. customers receive prepaid return shipping labels.
Garments may be worn and washed during the trial but must be returned clean and in accordance with our care instructions: cold water wash, hang or lay flat to dry, and do not tumble dry.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and applicable fees.

Our Shipping & Returns Policy provides full details and governs return and exchange eligibility. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Intellectual Property

Embrago's designs are the result of years of research, experimentation, and development.

Our website content, product photographs, original text, graphics, logos, designs, and other creative materials are owned by Embrago or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Embrago, emBRAgo, and Body Responsive Fit™ are trademarks or brand names of Embrago LLC. Embrago's proprietary garment technology is protected by U.S. Patent No. 10,555,562 and may also be protected by other intellectual property rights.

You are welcome to browse, share links to our website, and use its content for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, modify, or commercially use our content, names, or designs without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Reviews, Photos & Submissions

We love hearing from our customers. If you send us a review, photo, comment, or other content, you confirm that it's yours to share and that it's honest and lawful.

You give Embrago a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share that content on our website, social channels, and marketing, and we'll do our best to credit you the way you prefer. You can ask us to remove your content at any time by emailing us. We may also remove content that is misleading, offensive, or unlawful.

Customer stories, reviews, and testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of results.

Warranties & Limitations of Liability

We take pride in the quality of our clothing and stand behind the return and exchange commitments stated in our policies.

However, individual experiences with garment fit, comfort, and support may vary. Embrago clothing is apparel. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Product information is provided for general shopping purposes and should not be considered medical advice. If you have a medical condition, post-surgical needs, or questions about breast health, please talk with your healthcare provider.

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website accurate, secure, and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from technical errors. The website is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Embrago is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or your statutory consumer rights. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

The latest version will always be available on this page, with the revision date shown above. Updated Terms apply prospectively from their effective date, unless otherwise required by law. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect when they were placed.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute we can't resolve together will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise or give you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
