What women ask before the first day without a bra.
Nobody buys this on faith. These are the questions that come up most - answered the way we'd answer them on the phone.
Will this really support a large bust with no bra?
Yes. The dress has a patented built-in support system that lifts and shapes even very full busts (DD through L-cup) - no bra required. Customers who'd never gone out in public without a full-support bra tell us this is the first dress that holds them as well as one.
How do the floating cross straps work - can I change the look?
Yes, that's the point of them. The cross straps are adjustable: lay them flat for a smooth, classic neckline, or cross them for a strappier, more detailed look. One dress, two distinct styles for different occasions.
Can I wear it bra-free to a formal event, or all night?
Absolutely. The support is engineered for all-day and all-night wear, so you stay lifted and secure from a ceremony through dinner and dancing - with no underwire to dig in and nothing to adjust.
What about modesty and nipple coverage?
The dress is unlined and unpadded, so it adds no bulk. Many women find the heavyweight of our organic cotton jersey gives enough coverage on its own; for total invisibility, we offer zero-bulk companion bra discs or inserts.
What's the silhouette and fit like?
It's a fit-and-flare: fitted and supportive through the bust and waist, then flared through the skirt for movement and ease. The bodice does the holding; the skirt keeps it comfortable for sitting, walking, and moving. (See the product photos for the full look.)
How do I choose my size - what does "full bust size" mean?
Because the support is built into the bust, this dress is sized by your **full bust measurement** rather than a standard dress size. Measure around the fullest part of your bust and match it to the Size Chart. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us, and we'll help you choose.
Is it a good travel dress?
