Nobody buys this on faith. These are the questions that come up most - answered the way we'd answer them on the phone.
How is this different from the Ultimate Top and the Micro Crop?
All three share the same patented bra-free support. The **Waist Length Crop** hits at your natural waist (8 inches shorter than the full-length top) and adds hidden side pockets: ideal for high-waisted styling and layering. The [**Ultimate Top**](https://www.embrago.com/product-page/the-ultimate-top) is full-length and hits at the hip. The [**Micro Crop**](https://www.embrago.com/product-page/bra-free-micro-crop) is shorter still, with a V-neck, designed for fuller busts on smaller frames. Pick by the length and look you want.
Where does it hit, and how long is it?
At the natural waist, about 8 inches shorter than our full-length Bra-Free Top, so it pairs cleanly with high-waisted pants and leggings.
What can I fit in the pockets?
The hidden mesh pockets on both sides are sized for the essentials - keys, cards, and cash - so you can head out hands-free without a bag.
Will this really support a large bust with no bra?
Yes. It uses the same patented support system as our Ultimate Top, engineered to lift and shape even very full busts (DD through L-cup) with no underwire, band, or hooks.
Can I work out in it? Is it okay for high-impact?
It's built for low- to medium-impact movement - yoga, pilates, barre, walking, pickleball, gardening - and holds you securely through full range of motion. It isn't designed for high-impact bouncing like running or HIIT.
What do I wear it with?
It's made for high-waisted bottoms - pair it with high-waisted leggings or trousers, or layer it under jackets, cardigans, and cropped sweaters. Dress it up for work or keep it casual for the gym and errands.
Can I wear it on its own in public?
Yes. It's designed to look and function as clothing, with full support built in - so you can wear it solo as a top, not just as a layer.
What about modesty and nipple coverage?
The crop is unlined and unpadded, so it adds no bulk. Many women find the heavyweight of our organic cotton jersey gives enough coverage on its own; for total invisibility, we offer zero-bulk companion bra discs or inserts.
What size should I order?

Will the support wash out over time?
No. The support comes from the patented panel construction, not from elastic that fatigues. Machine wash gentle/cold and lay flat to dry, and it keeps its shape and lift wash after wash.
Will it still fit through weight or hormone changes?
Yes - Body Responsive Fit™ lets the crop adapt as your body shifts with weight and hormones, instead of locking you to one size.
Is the fabric okay for sensitive skin?
Yes. The body is made of naturally soft, breathable organic cotton - OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified, so it's tested for harmful substances. No heat-trapping synthetics and no constrictive band.
