Why I made the
The Ultimate Dress - Princess Seam
I love princess seams because they create shape entirely through vertical lines. There is no horizontal waist seam cutting across the body, and the gently flared skirt is polished and graceful, while still feeling easy enough to sit, walk, travel, dine, and dance in comfortably.
The hidden support engineering means I do not have to wear a bra or shapewear underneath. I can simply pull it on, arrange the floating cross straps the way I want, and feel confident and beautifully dressed.
This dress is refined enough for a wedding, performance, or formal dinner, but also simple enough to wear with flats and a wrap while traveling. This is the dress that proves elegance does not have to hurt, and its incredible style range and versatility is what makes this style our most popular long dress.

How is the Princess Seam dress different from the A-line dress?

The Ultimate Dress - A-line has a defined horizontal seam at the low waist, a significantly fuller A-line skirt, and an ankle-length hem approximately 2.5 inches longer.
How do the floating cross straps work?

The straps can be arranged in two ways. Lay them flat to create a clean, classic V-neck, or cross them to create a more detailed, strappy neckline. The videos in the product gallery demonstrate the different arrangements.
Do I need to wear shapewear underneath it?

No. The support and shaping are engineered into the dress. The princess seams create a smooth line through the bodice and midsection, gently easing into a flared skirt rather than fitting tightly through the hips and legs.
Is the dress fitted or loose?

It is fitted and supportive through the bust and upper body, then gently flares through the skirt. It is more streamlined than the A-line dress but not as close-fitting as the Bra-Free Body Con.
Where does the hem fall?

The hem falls around the mid- to lower calf, depending on your height. It is approximately 2.5 inches shorter than the A-line version.
How should I choose my size?

Measure around the fullest part of your bust and compare the measurement with the Size Chart. Embrago is cut fuller through the bust than conventional brands, so you may wear a smaller Embrago size than your usual clothing size.
If you are between sizes, size down for firmer support or size up for a more relaxed fit.
Can I wear it to a wedding or formal event?

Yes. The long black silhouette, clean vertical seams, and adjustable neckline make it suitable for weddings, dinners, performances, cocktail events, and formal occasions. Style it with heels, jewelry, an Embrace Wrap, or the Liquid Bolero.
